London - the city that's so small that you bump into celebrities several times a day - before bumping into your ex on a boat and helping to deliver her/your baby.

The boat was a bit manky too! I kept expecting Captain BirdsEye to pop up in the background!

when did karl supposedly impregnate her?

Ages ago when Karl and Susan were just getting back together he had too much medicine and hallucinated that Izzy was Susan. Izzy didn't realise that he thought she was Susan until the following day. Karl still doesn't know that he slept with her.

What a classic episode - I love it! Neil Morrissey as a priest, Jon Coleman and Sinitta as witnesses. Your ex giving birth in 2 minutes on your love boat. Fabulous. So many flaws (continuity etc) I don't know where to start, but classic Neighbours.

Dd3 said it was a bit of a coincidence that Susan needed to go back to the ambulance JUST as Izzy said the all important words.

Even a 9 year old found it unbelievable
