The "spy" bloke is very strange and seems a tightwad.

Agree, not sure I could trust him. There's just something a bit off with him! The other couple (guy with the hair transplant) are sweet though

I really like them as well.

I'm not sure if anything will happen with the two who know each other. He doesn't seem as keen as her.

The couple that know each other through mutual friends , she seems thrilled... him less so

I think tightwad was ok in the end. He opened up a bit. Is he t total?
I was howling watching miss rich unable to walk in her fancy shoes haha.

I do think the tee total thing would put me off a bit, although it really shouldn't!

It said "to be continued" for the couple who knew each other? Do they usually do that?

No they normally finish each story in the same programme. I found that a bit annoying!

The lady (Lauren) who was paired up with an existing friend talked about having breast cancer recently.

Today I saw that she is one of the three BBC's bloggers who talk about cancer through the pod casts 'You, Me and Big C.'

Sadly, Rachel Bland (40) one of the 3 pod casters passed away today.

I have been following their stories on Radio 5 live for months. So sad to hear that one of them has lost their battle. Fingers crossed Lauren finds love through First Dates.

Very sad. Lauren seemed to like the guy, I'm not sure if he liked her but I think she can do better tbh!

Why did he have glitter in his beard?

I dont know! I wondered if it was some beard product that just gave it an extra sheen?

Gutted for Lauren too. She seemed a very funny, clever woman. Yes, I thought by the end of the date they were going to get together.

The farming couple were great and the older couple I liked.

I love this programme. It seems to be genuinely trying to get people together and not making fools out of people.

Was gutted for Lauren though.

I'm watching yesterday's. The couple with the woman who cried!
At first when she first cried when he was in the toilet I thought she was being stupid but then he's come out saying she's negative and she thinks a lot of herself and made her cry!

So awkward watching. She should have just told him to eff off

I really liked the crying girl. She seems like a lovely person. I thought maybe she was pre-menstrual. I wish they would bring her back to meet someone else.

I think she wouldn't be too everyone's taste but of course she was nice. I think the man was a bit of an arse really
