You may need a trip to A&E.

Or is she Richards mum
I'm confused

EnriqueTheRingBearingLizard · 02/09/2018 18:20

I wonder if contracts are already cast iron for the panto? and what clauses there are. Not sure there'll be anything for PWBs to see come the end of the year.

We've already heard how the Bear Grylls programme's turned out and how Roxanne has form for either being sacked or walking out of things she's committed to.

I like Rhydian's pre-emptive preparations Grin but seriously doubt he'll need it.

crocsaretoocoolforschool · 02/09/2018 18:21

Richard's mum

EnriqueTheRingBearingLizard · 02/09/2018 18:21

Martha's Sue is Richard's Mum.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 02/09/2018 18:30

Never heard of Richard Fleeshman before this BB but loved Sue Jenkins as Gloria and Jackie Corkhill!

RainbowCake I also wondered what Nick said in the Diary Room!

I still think they should play the clip to all the housemates

MarthasGinYard · 02/09/2018 18:36

Ah

Thank you

TwistedStitch · 02/09/2018 18:36

Richard used to be in Corrie, then he won Soapstar Superstar. He does musical theatre now.

louise5754 · 02/09/2018 18:43

@NewUserNameTime I was curious to hear what Nick was saying but then they cut to someone else.

Have BB actually spoken to Ryan and said they don't think it's a big deal or assured him that the reasons he is still in is because he didn't do anything?

Surely if Ryan asked to see the clip they would allow him?

He thanked B.B. and said they couldn't have done enough for him. What have they actually done lol?

BlancheM · 02/09/2018 18:44

So out of everyone who's tweeted about her, it's Lucy she's going after. Jealousy? Backs up my theory that she was after Ryan's attention, wasn't working so she punished him.

EnriqueTheRingBearingLizard · 02/09/2018 19:24

I remember Richard as he was so young at the time and it stuck with me that he is 'Glo's' son Grin Seemed very accomplished and good looking, so he had it all going on from an early age.

Back to BB and I have two points. One is that I think it's particularly important that we all keep at the front of our minds. We see a tiny fraction of what's captured and we never actually know the timeframe of events compared to how they're edited to show us. A fair amount of time may go by, things happen that they decide not to air. We don't know about the support Ryan's been given, but certainly it was implied that BB wanted the housemates to know who they considered to be in the right over this incident as Ryan wasn't removed from the house and also the implied speed of Roxanne leaving. Usually there's an awful lot of angst and take time to think about it. This leaving could've injured Roxanne with a permanent stiff neck from the draught of the door as it slammed shut. We can but hope.

The other thing I've really noted is how much better a series is with characters like Nick, Sally and Hardeep. Forget what they've done in the past, forget what they're known for, just think of them as people commenting on events and relating to each other. I'm hoping the likes of Dan and Gaby will learn from them. Sadly Kirstie's disappointed me a bit as I thought she'd have been more proactive, but she seems to be keeping a lot in and keeping her head down too much for my liking.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 02/09/2018 19:26

The Daily Mail has done a good summary of 21 ex-co-stars from Emmerdale tweets about her. She is universally hated:

Really legal action against Ryan's girlfriend??? For deformation of character!!! What have they no sense of irony let her sue they can counter claim and see who gets the most!!

I think the dress story is a read hearing probably started by her to make him look bad. I think she dated his mate he saw she was a nasty piece of work and she can't take criticism!!

AnneEyhtMeyer · 02/09/2018 19:29

Yes En, we know from the live feed that on eviction night she spent ages on the floor of the store room while everyone ignored her.

RainySeptember · 02/09/2018 19:42

To be fair Ryan's gf said she'd been threatened with legal action while Roxanne was still in the house, so that's her management rather than her, just being idiots and making things worse.

It was Roxanne's bf who first brought up the dress incident wasn't it, as in 'she's been threatened by him before.' As it happened ten years ago, and nine years before he was her bf, I don't think it's particularly credible.

I think Ryan deserves to win now, but I like Nick and Hardeep too. I think Dan has come across well, bet his management are delighted with him, but I can't unhear those tapes.

MarthasGinYard · 02/09/2018 19:43

Anne

Blimey

When you see it all like that

Literally no friends from her years as a soap actress

Shocking

MarthasGinYard · 02/09/2018 19:45

Not one person has said they are surprised and that truly shocks me about this woman. Not one 'always found her lovely and really shocked' type commented.

She's literally detested by the looks of it

AnneEyhtMeyer · 02/09/2018 19:57

Yep - seeing them one after the other is jaw-dropping. And some are from people who have been in and around soaps for decades.

It's actually defamation of character, not deformation.

Whisky2014 · 02/09/2018 20:09

Right im sure this will be very unpopular but I'm starting to feel worried and sorry for her. What she has done is despicable but she clearly has mental health issues. She just must! And so is this how we help someone with those issues? Are we to all jump on the bandwagon and hurl rotten tomatoes at her? Im not sure any of this is doing any good at all. What with all the mental health awareness stuff going on right now I'm just starting to feel like we have lost sight of reality here.
I'm not being a Roxy apologist or anything, but none of this is sitting right with me.
I think big brother have handled this pretty appalingly too and should hold some responsibility for how ryan has been treated and letting roxy get away with the lies for so long.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 02/09/2018 20:10

Bad behaviour is not necessarily a mental health issue

Can see your point, but what about Ryan's mental health? If those camera's hadn't been on, if it was out in the "real world" and not within the CBB house, she'd have destroyed him.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 02/09/2018 20:15

I'm watching the 1980 programme on Channel 5. It is incredible how much has changed and how much prices have increased and yet it doesn't seem that long ago to me.

Can we stop the 'she's got MH issues' there are loads of shit people in the world, they don't all need a diagnosis .. she's a bitch. End of.

It's like all the Ant (or was it Dec?) stuff about how he needs rehab and he's an 'addict', NO! he's a piss can who cocked wrong! still like him though, this is isn't an excuse to dig him out
