Spoiler alert!!

she quit on day 5 citing PTSD

AndNoneForGretchenWieners · 02/09/2018 01:38

She can fuck right off with "being sent to Coventry". We don't want the fucker here thank you very much!

TheQueef · 02/09/2018 02:15

I reckon she will be on her own Maverick no one will risk it.

LadyRochfordsHoickedGusset · 02/09/2018 04:04

Just catching up insomniacally - is that a word? And to shamelessly placemark.

Love thread title Anne.

CraftyLady73 · 02/09/2018 06:12

So BB basically gave Ryan a warning to fuel Roxy further and see how it played out. Disgusting.

CraftyLady73 · 02/09/2018 06:13

And I've always liked Hardeep. It's lovely seeing him and Nick chatting intelligently, rather than hearing the word "like" 5 times in every sentence.

itswinetime · 02/09/2018 07:01

I think the island is already filmed so no one will know until she starts the manipulation there

Chipstick10 · 02/09/2018 07:54

Hardeep is revolting. A sex pest. He is nasty. Smug. Belittling and how come it was alright for him to mutter ‘tempting ‘ wen Sally referred to her husband slapping her. I hope he doesn’t win.

icelollycraving · 02/09/2018 08:05

I loved Sally and Nick telling her straight. She probably had played the victim card so many times that no one dares.
Can you imagine the realisation of her behaviour if she was your daughter or partner? I hope Her Lee runs as fast as he can.

Gingerivy · 02/09/2018 08:09

Just another thought.... what if they gave Ryan the warning to make sure he didn't get close enough to her to allow her to make further accusations? Put him on his guard? I mean, yes, they needed to do the warning for legal reasons and to at least remain somewhat impartial until it was ironed out, but it did effectively keep him away from her so she couldn't make any further accusations.

CircleofWillis · 02/09/2018 08:16

I think we have to stop giving people nicknames. Our first nicknamed housemate was removed with no explanation and our second walked with no chance of confrontation. No interviews for either. These were the interviews we really wanted to see.

nicenewdusters · 02/09/2018 08:25

Morning all. Just thinking ahead to tonight's show. It's going to be busy so let's decide what to have for tea now, cottage pie alright ? Grin

People have said that B.B. failed to take care of Ryan, that he didn’t get counselling or psychiatric support but in his last tearful breakdown in the diary room he thanks BB for ‘ everything’ suggesting he got a lot of help from them that (quite rightly) hasn’t been aired.

It’s been very uncomfortable viewing (but also riveting) and on the whole I think the house mates have come out of it very well. They were initially accepting and supportive of Roxanne but as the holes in her story began to appear they were open to the new perspective and willing to admit their mistakes, change their minds and apologise unreservedly to Ryan. All this without turning on Roxanne and making an even bigger drama of the situation.

It’s also changed my opinion of Dan - I originally judged him by his history of verbal abuse but he appears to have developed, maybe
grown up a bit since then and he stepped up as a real man in this despite being one of the younger housemates . Watching the penny drop in the diary room was a fantastic moment. He’s not the sharpest tool in the box but he seems to have matured well.

Finally, as another practicing psychotherapist I would hate to have Roxanne as a client as she is at the moment. She has so little self awareness and such a tenuous grasp on reality that it would be almost impossible to make any sort of genuine connection with her. IME working with someone like her is like being a shiny surface where the client sees themselves reflected as they want to appear and any interventions or observations the therapist makes are filtered to reinforce their required image of self.

Great post Loonoon .

MurunBuchstansagur · 02/09/2018 09:32

Is there a clip anywhere of Dans diary room lightbulb moment?

MarthasGinYard · 02/09/2018 09:33

I've watched the train video again

It's extremely creepy

I can't believe she involved police

StarWarsHolidaySpecial · 02/09/2018 09:38

www.thesun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/7155303/celebrity-big-brother-dan-osborne-roxanne-pallett-accusations/

There seems to be a problem with the sound on the clip but this explains what BB said to Dan.

MurunBuchstansagur · 02/09/2018 09:42

Thank you.

I keep thinking about one thing - sorry if it's been said.

When Sally was giving her a talking to during the conversation about the 'get roxy out' chant she said if she thought a man had hit her intentionally to hurt her she would be out the door and off to see a lawyer. Roxanne listened then the conversation ended as ryan walked up. A few hours later she walked. I wonder if that's her plan.

MarthasGinYard · 02/09/2018 09:51

Blimey he had her sussed aswellShock

I wondered this too

It's almost as if she contemplated this and then fled

Gingerivy · 02/09/2018 09:58

I'm not sure if this is over yet. I wouldn't be shocked to see her attempt to take it further - lawyer, police, interviews about how she is a victim … with backing from DV organisations initially as they won't really know how to extricate themselves.

I think once she is back in her bubble of those few that stand with her, she will become firmer in her belief that she is in the right and it'll take off from there. The threats from trolls on the internet will only reinforce her "victimhood" to her.
