I am hooked. Given me loads of ideas for my holiday cottage.

Me! Just came in to post about this...what I'd like to know is who pays for the renovations because the owners often talk about the cost?!

We have watched this and it has really inspired DH to get on clear out his stuff.
The answer to cost is usually the owners pay, and they set their budget, but the TV company/show producers use their contacts and product placements to negotiate hefty discounts.
