Prison - Channel 4 - what happened to episode3?

Was episode3 ever aired? Even episode 1 has disappeared from catch up but I don’t think episode 3 was ever aired. Anyone know why and where I can find it?

The director tweeted that it was postponed for legal reasons and that they hope it will be aired later in the year.

I knew there was meant to have been a 3rd one. I’ve been looking for it but my colleagues said it was only a 2 parter.
