Help me find this short cartoon from 30 years ago

All I can remember was a scene involving potions, a sort of skeleton bottle which came to life, it had no words just music. Not long, maybe 15mins. It was on a video with two other shorts - one was a deer which saw a reflection in a lake. The other short was possibly a count duckula or some similar thing.

Anyone know?
