I have a confession...i'm addicted to The Archers, but I have a few questions...

Why oh why is lovely funny Lilian with that Matt and do you recon she and the dancing guy (is it Mike?) are going to fall in love?

What is Ruth's obsession with milking the cows?

Why does Adam sound sooo lovely...is he secretly evil or is he always good?

didn't even spot the John/Tom mix up! agree re sausage related death - perhaps something to do with the mincer (yuck!). though I think even the script writers think poor Pat's had enough to put up with.

Look do you mind ever so not putting in "Siobhan's going to die"

I'm feeling a bit sick seeing it written down - can you call her something else like "Irish bint" or "Ruari's mum" or "Brian's floozie"

I feel like someone has taken a contract out on me !!!

Me! I love it too. But despite listening to it for years I still get all the characters mixed up and miss huge plot developments. I think it must be because I'm always cooking when I listen to it so the sizzling onions drown out Jennifer's moaning.

am a fan too though have not caught all the episodes recently...

re lilian though, she and matt were having a torrid affair, (he called her pussycat alot and she called him tiger....yeuchh) then he left his missus for her.

have missed the mike and lillian stuff. am pretty sure an affair is unlikely. although him and clary came a bit close at one point i seem to recall.
adam: i do not like him, i don't know why. ian is much too good for him (is it wrong to fancy a gay radio character?)

am hoping tom will die of a sausage overdose at some point.

and will be getting a good supply of tissues in for the big death scene.

Me too me too I'm a fan I'm a fan! Please can I join you're archers thread? I cried last night, even though I hate Siobhan. Having grown up with the Archers, I resisted listening until I had children when some genetic predisposition made me switch on at seven one evening, and I haven't looked back since. And, delighted to discover this morning, that Linda Snell is even in Postman Pat..

mea culpa! John died on 25th Feb 1998, which was a Wednesday, and only just over 9 years ago!

I wanted Adam and Ian to take on Ruari, leading to even more conflict between Brian and Adam. But it seems I have been thwarted, and Jennifer's going to have him.

oh she's gone...at least she held on until Jennifer decided. Thought it was going to drag on for years.

I feel sorry for poor Alice, even though she sounds like a brat. She doesnt know anything so that will come as a shock!

I need to know what a baby llama looks like now though!
