just that really, I used to like her, but omg she's a bitch now
that poor hotel owner reduced to tears...

This series does seem more ‘dramatic’ than others and I wonder if she’s been asked to make it juicier to increase ratings.

No I really like her but people who run these hotels really are clueless

yes it's feeling more dramatic, with all the over the top facial expression ,eye rolling & snide comments

I adore her. She can be quite blunt and doesn't suffer fools, but she is often sympathetic and kind to the participants as well.
