Px?

doctorsnoddy · 07/09/2018 14:36

Patient or prescription?

MadisonAvenue · 07/09/2018 15:15

Ooh I’ve just seen on Ian Midlane’s Twitter that he’s written another episode which they start filming on Monday Grin

Haven’t seen today’s yet, was there really some proper doctoring going on??

Raahh · 07/09/2018 16:12

I was out at lunchtime, so I'm just catching up now.

I suppose technically Tarks is a patient Grin

MargaretDribble · 07/09/2018 16:23

There was a real patient, who put his back out and Did ended up doing a home visit. That's a huge amount of doctoring for one day!

MargaretDribble · 07/09/2018 16:24

Sid, not Did.

Raahh · 07/09/2018 17:51

I had to watch today's in about 3 parts Grin

The girlfriend seemed to care more about the ex husband than the wife.

LIZS · 07/09/2018 18:09

Was that not because gf was his sister?

Raahh · 07/09/2018 18:14

Oh, missed that bit LIZS ! that' s because I was so distracted by everyone, I watched it over the space of an hour!

FuzzyCustard · 07/09/2018 18:29

Couldn't watch today as I was at an ACTUAL HOSPITAL. With PATIENTS! And doctors doing DOCTORING! (Well you know what I mean) and NO POLICEMEN.

Enough said.

redshoeblueshoe · 07/09/2018 18:37

After all that I did watch it at the normal time, but my laptop was being an arse. Pisses me right off as it's the same as Al's. I would expect him to have a decent one.
Patients good. Lack of Al not good.
I already covered Heston and the Ruhma's in my earlier post

blamethecat · 07/09/2018 20:20

Sorry px = patient.

toldmywrath · 07/09/2018 20:33

blame using professional abbreviations- are you a doctor? And did you get your qualifications from Holby? Grin

toldmywrath · 07/09/2018 20:34

Blame I meant that as a tongue in cheek remark, but it comes across as sarcasm. Sorry.Blush

FuzzyCustard · 07/09/2018 20:57

As an aside (and speaking of Holby)..I watched an old(ish) episode of Casualty yesterday. In it, Louise (who is now a senior nurse) seemed to be some kind of receptionist/administrator. How did she qualify so quickly and climb the greasy career pole?

(This is apart from the fact that the programme was a LOT better then...ah nostalgia)

blamethecat · 07/09/2018 21:34

Grin no I'm not a doctor told , I'm a dispensing optician, so we use the same abbreviation. Although you can call me Dr Blame if you wish Grin.

NutButterNutter · 07/09/2018 23:52

Hmmm both Sid AND a patient - I might have to catch up with this episode!

Dr blame you need to change your username Grin

Yogafailure · 08/09/2018 17:16

Oh God, I don't CARE who mowed Tarks down. Pity they didn't also take out Ruhma and her wooden kids too and their friends

I'm not really getting into Doctors on it's return, as you can see Hmm

toldmywrath · 08/09/2018 17:38

Waves to DrBlame Smile

Raahh · 08/09/2018 17:59

Yoga
I feel you pain.

It has been a disappointing return. Sad

FuzzyCustard · 08/09/2018 18:17

yoga I am completely with you on that wishlist.
I am longing for a simple storyline regarding Val's kitty outfits and possibly a circus themed workshop.

Raahh · 08/09/2018 18:23

oh yes, it's been at least a month since they last had a team building day.

Long over due!

NutButterNutter · 08/09/2018 18:28

I'm with you, yoga. We need some silliness and also some Al.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 08/09/2018 20:49

I'm now fast-forwarding it every time one of the tedious Rhuma family comes on. They have ruined Heston who used to be a great character. Each episode now takes a couple of minutes to watch. If they don't put an end to this farcical dull story and family of characters soon I won't be watching.

blamethecat · 10/09/2018 13:45

Blame Rhuma!
