eveningGrin

Catching up on the thread, since the tennis is finishing for the night, and dh is snoring, although he is meant to be watching the football Grin.

Fuzzy Grin I have always thought Jimmi and Al should live together , like the Odd Couple.

Raahh · 03/07/2018 21:25

We definitely need more Barry blame.

I hope he isn't the 'death' Shock!

Raahh · 03/07/2018 21:26

And I've been saying all year the Mill needs a pet.

We just need to decide what.

A newt?

blamethecat · 03/07/2018 22:28

redshoeblueshoe · 04/07/2018 15:40

Or a werewolf.
I used to be a werewolf but I'm alright noooooow-oooooo

toldmywrath · 04/07/2018 17:31

Anne is right Fuzzy Al is not gay.

FuzzyCustard · 04/07/2018 19:00

Al not gay? Well stranger things have happened and frequently do in Doctors-world.

Mill pet - I vote for a lion who can
a) eat people we don't care for
b) cause sufficient injuries to increase the patient-rate of the centre
c) gobble up everyone at the Campus as I can't see the point of a satellite surgery when the main one is empty
d) generally look cute

Raahh · 04/07/2018 19:58

Aww, a cute lion Grin

redshoeblueshoe · 05/07/2018 10:03

Here is Dr Lion...

Period party sparks broodiness in Letherbridge but there are still no patients
redshoeblueshoe · 05/07/2018 21:02

That lion doesn't look very scary.

It needs building up for Saturday Football

Raahh · 05/07/2018 21:26

Aww , Little Dr Lion.

FuzzyCustard · 05/07/2018 21:29

Val will feed it up on Whiskas and it will soon grow. Possibly not before Saturday.

redshoeblueshoe · 05/07/2018 21:36

If it ate Heston and Ruhma then it would be big and scary by Saturday

Raahh · 06/07/2018 13:33

Remember the other week, we questioned the plot that a school would definitely let you know if a pupil missed an exam?

Well, I got a text this morning- at 10.30. To say dd1, 11, hadn't registered. Except I dropped her off at 8am- for an all day football tournament arranged by the bloody school.

I'm livid.

We are going through hell at the moment. In an awful situation with ds, who is having a lot of problems, and there are a lot of agencies involved. For the school to send us a text like that made me so angry- (and it's not automated- the receptionist does them all manually).

I rang up and gave the head of year, hell. They know what we are going through. Idiots.

I am tired, and want something nice to happen for a change Sad.

cloudyweewee · 06/07/2018 20:09

Raahh Flowers

Raahh · 06/07/2018 20:11

Thanks Cloudy- sorry to rant. I'm a bit fed up- even the tennis is failing to cheer me up completelyGrin.

we'll get there, but I could do without extra problems!

And I want Doctors back on!

toldmywrath · 06/07/2018 21:16

Sorry you're going through a tough time with your DS Raahh.Flowers
We could all do with a Doctors special edition where England win the world cup and Rafa wins Wimbledon and strips off his shirt and the rest phwoar
A woman can but dream....Grin

Raahh · 06/07/2018 21:59

Thanks told It's all very difficult. Today has been hard, because people we thought were helping , seem to be fighting against us. It's the difficulties of parenting teens, I guess.

And Rafa winning Wimbledon would cheer me up no end. I don't think he will realistically but it would be amazing.

And I always wait til the end of his matches, for the 'strip'. Makes my day Wink.

redshoeblueshoe · 08/07/2018 17:34

Sorry you're having an awful time Raahh. Its been hard here too. I spent a lot of the weekend on a childrens ward.

The staff were amazing. They put out a big screen so everyone could enjoy the match. And they were brilliant.

Football Tonight I'm having a night off Wine
Raahh · 08/07/2018 18:01

redshoeblueshoe · 08/07/2018 18:43
