Last night's was so dull I switched over to the Comedy channel!

I'm not sure why anyone is surprised at Graham's re-appearance. The man is so robotic I reckon he was just left in storage then re-booted 🙄

strugglingwithlife · 30/01/2026 11:59

😂😂

Littlewhistle · 10/02/2026 14:39

Apparently Jacob's mentor, presumably the blonde woman doctor is going to subject him to workplace bullying and move into the village. Let me guess - he won't tell anyone what's happening.

So much for lighter storylines. Can we not just have a story that isn't a box ticking exercise for social issues 🙄

JaneJeffer · 10/02/2026 15:10

Ugh more depressing shite

strugglingwithlife · 10/02/2026 18:33

Oh great, that's something to look forward to 🙄

Littlewhistle · 10/02/2026 19:58

Emmerdale's never-ending misery-go-round continues 😪

PrincessScarlett · 10/02/2026 22:04

I saw that about Jacob's workplace bullying. What an absolute shit storyline that will be on the back of all the misery we've endured. I appreciate this does happen in real life but FFS!!!!!!!! We've had issue after issue after issue. We don't give a shit about Jacob so it will have no impact whatsoever.

At least Jacob will be able to practice his crying and sad faces again 🙄

Looks like Arthur is getting worse

Littlewhistle · 17/02/2026 14:16

It really is getting ridiculous now. Give us a new family who are normal.

PrincessScarlett · 17/02/2026 15:28

Why do they have to ruin all the youngsters?

Littlewhistle · 17/02/2026 15:53

Nobody is allowed to be nice, happy or healthy for long in Emmerdale.

JewelleryCat · 10/03/2026 22:41

@JaneJeffer does this work?

Ah FFS 😭

This it seems should not have been posted until after tomorrow’s episode. It’s from Female First which seems to be verboten on here:

“The broadcaster announced a major new chapter for the show on Wednesday (10.03.26) as Robert Sugden (played Ryan Hawley) and his partner Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) are installed as the new tenant farmers at Emmerdale Farm – returning the legendary Sugden name to the land for the first time in years.

The move was featured on Wednesday night’s episode, with Moira Dingle (Natalie J. Robb) having signed over the farm to the Tates and Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) swiftly moving to appoint Robert to run the operation.

Driven by a desire to honour his family legacy and following in the footsteps of his father, Jack Sugden, one of the original farmers in the area, Robert is determined to restore the farm to its former glory.

Their first action is to proudly reinstate the dug-up old farm sign, renaming the land from ‘Butler’s Farm’ to ‘Emmerdale Farm’.
Commenting on the shake-up, Emmerdale Producer Laura Shaw said:
“The Sugdens have always been at the centre of our village, having been the original farming family when Emmerdale was first created.
“This return to the farm’s roots is a powerful moment, echoing the early drama that unfolded when Annie Sugden and her sons, Jack and Joe, farmed the land. “Taking over the tenancy, grandson Robert wants to do his best and make his dad proud.
“With his loyal partner Aaron, they are ready for this new chapter and committed to making the farm thrive.
“Farming remains a vital presence in Emmerdale, providing a daily dose of excitement and fresh air for our audience.”
Meanwhile, Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) is decisively looking for new land for him and his wife Moira, determined that she too can continue her career as a farmer.
With two farms soon flourishing in the village – Emmerdale Farm and the new Dingle Farm – it’s a legacy that show bosses said on Wednesday “Annie Sugden would be proud of”.”

Oh my goodness really? Robert and Aaron as farmers plus a new farm too

Surely they could farm together as the Dingle-Sugdens and make a brand new farm?

JaneJeffer · 10/03/2026 23:03

I’m thinking they want a bit of farm rivalry between the two farms. Hope we get to see some animals!

We definitely need to see some animals!

JewelleryCat · 10/03/2026 23:24

I must say though, there is a typo. Either they meant Tuesday 10th March (today) or Wednesday 11th March (tomorrow), not Wednesday 10th March lol

JaneJeffer · 10/03/2026 23:29

That’s probably why they accidentally posted it today thinking it had already aired. I wonder if they’ll get in trouble with ITV Grin

JewelleryCat · 10/03/2026 23:42

I haven’t seen anything anywhere else yet but maybe DS and other places were trying to keep quiet lol

PrincessScarlett · 11/03/2026 14:15

Aaron might not be Robert's loyal partner when he finds out Robert framed Moira 😬

PrincessScarlett · 11/03/2026 14:16

Although good news for you @JaneJeffer as this implies Robert is sticking around long term.
