So a while ago they said there's going to be a surprise appearance at Christmas and the actress who plays Sarah said it was to do with the Sugdens and the Dingles. If Seb is now motherless it could give Robert an incentive to appeal to be there for his son. If it's to do with the Sugdens it can only be him or Andy? Unless maybe Jack comes home without Debbie.

I loved the whole family. They were brilliant. Why can't they bring in a new family instead of all these lone characters?

As long as they're not families like some of the ones in Classic - the Cairns, the one with the kids who had Scottish accents and the ones who lived in Holdgate with the postie son who fell off the ladder - they obviously made such an impression on me that I can't even remember their names!

Yep, can't believe Steph and Ruby's dad are turning up. How are they all going to fit in that house? There's obviously some huge back story as to why Ruby and Caleb gave their daughter up and why on earth Ruby's parents were still in touch with her.

It shouldn't have been dragged out for so long. I feel it's lost some of its impact by introducing the faux attacks on Tom. The holiday cottage bit was so powerful by comparison.
