I am not sure which direction series two will take. will be interesting to see how she develops.

CurlsandCurves · 16/06/2018 13:39

Kind of similar but different is ‘Can’t cope, won’t cope’ also bbc three.

ilovecardigans · 16/06/2018 14:00

SkaPunkPrincess - thank you, thank you, thank you for recommending Fleabag! I binge watched it for the first time last night and I thought it was extraordinary. Very few programmes make me both laugh out loud and sob uncontrollably. Utter genius.

The80sweregreat · 16/06/2018 14:33

It was very good - I didn’t expect that ending at all. Step mums art show was funny - so pretentious, just like her.

Barmypastrami · 18/06/2018 21:28

Olivia Coleman character brilliant. It should be shown as a passive aggression master class for anyone who doesn’t understand how PA works. The depiction of female friendship with her dead mate is extraordinary and moving. Not to mention her complex relationship with her avoidant sister. ‘I can try [to hug you]’. And the cringing moment with the casual boyfriend when she thinks he’s in love with HER. Awful, hysterical and mortifying.

The80sweregreat · 18/06/2018 21:31

OC is fab in this. A master class in comedy acting.

Polarbearflavour · 18/06/2018 22:29

It’s vanished from BBC3 on iPlayer Sad

Polarbearflavour · 26/08/2018 16:40

Series one is back on iPlayer. Grin

Clionba · 26/08/2018 17:16

I loved Fleabag, funny and also sad. "People make mistakes".
I also liked "Can't Cope, Won't Cope", both series. Unusual to have something centred around young Irish women.

Dilemmacentral · 26/08/2018 17:24

Loved thisso much

There’s a play of it too I believe

Dilemmacentral · 26/08/2018 17:24

If you like this, you’ll like SMILF

BoiledFrog · 27/08/2018 03:57

I have just watched this again for about the third time, and cried my eyes out for the same amount. It's so sharp and good and well observed.

If there is a second series, let's please have a cathartic punching Olivia Coleman's face in ala Millie in this life

Slartybartfast · 27/08/2018 07:44

i loved this but have to watch without DH who it offends Hmm

Slartybartfast · 27/08/2018 07:45

Shall I watch it with DD ? she is technically an adult, but from what I remember it is a bit sexually rude?

Lottapianos · 27/08/2018 07:52

'Olivia Coleman character brilliant. It should be shown as a passive aggression master class for anyone who doesn’t understand how PA works. '

Yes! Excellent idea.

Such brilliant writing all the way through. It's a total delight

SoHumble · 27/08/2018 07:56

youngestisapsycho · 22/09/2018 23:18

I just watched all episodes and sobbed all thru the last one! Loved it!

PavlovianLunge · 24/01/2019 16:22

Kristin Scott-Thomas is going to be in series 2. I am ridiculously excited about this.

OnlineAlienator · 25/01/2019 00:17
