Not much longer to wait out for the Nigeria episodes! Some of us are still mourning the death of Elvis.

Georgie fibbing - what you bet she’s found out in a future ep?
Oh, and Bones’ apples and oranges speech.

Ilovelblue · 06/07/2018 21:17

I rather like this training exercise but unless all the occupants of the flats have been warned, would you not be scared when a load of soldiers come abseiling down the outside of your building?

Now they're playing at soldiers :-). And Fingers gets to do cool stuff!

Rhubarb01 · 06/07/2018 21:19

Sorry, back with you at last. Having computer freezing problems and needed complete reboot. Missed a lot of things I'd like to have mentioned.

eejittwo · 06/07/2018 21:20

Ilove - maybe the locals don’t “know their rights” as much as we do ...

Rhubarb01 · 06/07/2018 21:20

Fingers has cheered up.

Rhubarb01 · 06/07/2018 21:21

Apart form the obvious candidate for going home it's all very reality TV isn't it.

Ilovelblue · 06/07/2018 21:22

Bones = Simon Cowell or Craig Revel Harwood eh Rhu?

Ilovelblue · 06/07/2018 21:23

Mention whatever it was you wanted to say at the end Rhu?

The whole training reminds me of the 1980s land manoeuvres when the soldiers were hiding in peoples gardens in our village and shooting blanks at each other (including tank shells in one case).

Rhubarb01 · 06/07/2018 21:23

I know it's all very topical with the refugee camp but do the British army really spend so much time helping at these places?

Bones's inability to sound his 'T's' really annoys me.

Ilovelblue · 06/07/2018 21:24

Mr Choudary (or however you spell it) doesn't look Indian/Bangladeshi whatever, does he?

eejittwo · 06/07/2018 21:24

Wonder where they borrow the refugee camps - are they mocked up special or a shanty town?

Rhubarb01 · 06/07/2018 21:25

The inspector reminds me a bit of the chap in Nepal whose name I've already forgotten.

Ilovelblue · 06/07/2018 21:25

Ah Elvis was another one who didn't pronounce his 't's. I always remember his "colla'eral'.

OP posts:
eejittwo · 06/07/2018 21:25

Neither Simon nor Craig have met Bones’ fate, though.

Ilovelblue · 06/07/2018 21:25

Not Milan?

I like the new medic lad even though he looks too young to be in the army.

eejittwo · 06/07/2018 21:27

Funny you should say that ,Rhu, I’be a bad feeling about him too.

eejittwo · 06/07/2018 21:28

Ruby’s back story - aw!

Rhubarb01 · 06/07/2018 21:28

That's the one ilove I knew he had a familiar sort of name.

I have to say the doctor doesn't try very hard to revive that baby. Ruby looks very other worldly in the tea and sympathy scene.

Ilovelblue · 06/07/2018 21:30

He seems such a sweet lad. Is there a relevance to his being abandoned story do we think? Or is it another throwaway theme by TG?

Ooooh Maisie, you've been sussed!

Square-bashing indeed.

Delphin · 06/07/2018 21:32

Argh! My headphone jack just conked out! Now I can hardly hear the dialogue it's all sounds and musik "in front". Switching to equally bad loudspeakers...
