People have a go at a pop up restaurant hoping for investment.
I love Fred but wish he could have been more hands on giving advice. The two girls were both clearly very talented but needed someone with a strong dose of experience on front of house management which felt like a missed opportunity.
The format wasn’t quite what I expected, I thought they’d have more than 2 investors eating at each place. Maybe it depends on the restaurant concept how many go.
