Hello! Desperate to talk to someone else who has seen this!

I have been binge watching. Blush One of my favourite Netflix shows this year. Really enjoyed it. Have discovered they are commissioning a third season. Not sure whether it is needed or not, suspect it is cashing in on its popularity, pardon the pun. Wink

Whether there is a new heist or subplot involving Raquel or mixture with flashbacks of pre first Heist (Prof/Berlin backstory) and the missing year post-Heist, I am bound to watch it.

Only annoying thing was the age difference - Rio is 19, Tokyo 31 not that believable (actress is 28, actor 22) she doesn't look much older and he doesn't look much younger

If Prof and Berlin are indeed brothers why do they have a different surname or was 'little brother' an endearment?

Why was Prof in hospital so long as a child - does he have the same disease?

Raquel looked like she was in rough digs at the end - has she lost custody of her daughter after all? Would she still not be under FBI surveillance?

How did they get out timewise before police arriving? (I saw the 5 mins before timestamps etc but thought the cops were 3 mins away)

Thoroughly good stuff though. Loved it. Hated the English title (assume House of Paper was too close to House of Cards)
What can I watch now I am bereft?!

Wandering back from the world of Reddit, Prof and Berlin are brothers from a different mother. Their father left Berlin for Prof's mum. Berlin introduced himself to his younger half-brother when their father was shot. He also took him to a Russian hospital for experimental treatment which is why Prof can speak Russian.

Berlin was my favourite character. Pedro Alonso was great as the villain in Gran Hotel. If there is a third series, I hope it has his back story.

Yay! Someone else has seen it. I agree they should have him as flashback in the third one to keep him in the cast. Is that the the 3 seasons of Grand Hotel on Netflix? I just found it now, thank you! Wine Someone on reddit said vis a vis was on amazon prime but I cannot find it. I don't want an American remake of Casa de Papel but...if they did I would want Sam Rockwell to take the Berlin role.

I loved Nairobi's relationship with Torres. The whole show was a delight - heard of it through a Spanish-speaking colleague of DH and my daughter's classmates. So both DH and DD came home the same day saying Have you seen this?!

I want to buy it on DVD for my Dad but under languages it only says Spanish so not sure whether it has the dubbed versions as well or only the original.
