Just that really. Did it ruin your memories of him? Was he a little tragic🤔

Bit tragic to still be wearing the hat, I thought. Smacked of wanting to be recognised. Apart from that, he seemed lovely and I hope he finds someone wonderful.

As he mentioned a few times that he didn't like being recognised but still wore his very recognisable hat I thought the same!

Yes, he did seem a bit put out that his date didn't recognise him too! Or Merlin!

My friend knows him well. Terrible drug addiction.

He wasn't my thing at the time, but he was all over Smash Hits in the day and 2 of my friends had major crushes on him. I recognised him immediately because of the hat. And then felt a bit sad for him.

I don't think he's really left his (fucked up) popstar personna behind.
