Has anyone else seen this? I'm finding it fascinating and horrifying in equal message. I don't want to eat too much ever again right now. I'm so glad I've seen this, as uncomfortable as it is watching it.

Yes I watched this last night on iplayer. Was having a day where I was waivering on my diet, but this programme reinforced why I’m losing weight! Fascinating stuff.

I watched it when it was originally on a few months ago. I’m not normally a person who watches operations etc on TV, this wasn’t particularly gory or anything. Just bizarrely fascinating.
