I've just watched another episode of Extreme Makeover and I've been thinking. Its all very well Ty & the gang making these wonderful houses, but how do the people afford to maintain them? I thought about it because the one I've just watched was about the guy who lost his leg in Iraq. Lovely story etc, some real estate company had stepped up and paid the mortgage off, but they still have to pay overheads don't they? Think I might have just shattered the rose coloured illusion for myself!
