Amazon in the U.K. are showing this weekly after it airs on ABC in the States.

They are marketing it "from the studio that brought you LOST" though it has no connection to JJ Abrams or Bad Robot as far as I can tell.

Small town recently divorced cop (aren't they always) is brought in when hundreds of bodies are brought in on the tide. Some are still alive and make impossible claims about how they got there.

Having watched the first episode it is basically a rip off of Travelers with a much bigger budget and without the body snatching, it has enough to keep me watching though

I can't tell if I should watch it or not Grin

Grin as cynically as I've described it it was a good pilot, the trailer is on YouTube and Amazon too I think.

I love "from the studio" description which basically amounts to

"On the same channel as"

A bit like "From the studio that brought you Blue Planet, it's The One Show" Grin

Oh I watched this on Saturday night - it was fab, can't wait for episode 2!

DaffoDeffo · 01/05/2018 15:13

I'm also enjoying it despite myself :)

Silverstreaks · 15/05/2018 15:07

I've just binge watched all episodes and thoroughly enjoyed it. I think the next episode is tonight
It's not overly flashy and I'm following the plot so it's all good.

I’m loving it. One review I read said it keeps you hanging at the end of each episode (as a negative)...surely that’s the point?Hmm
I was disappointed the female FBI woman got shot though. Thought she was going to be helping the sheriff.

AlbusPercival · 16/05/2018 17:30

I’m really enjoying it tok

Can't believe that there will be no season 2. So many unanswered questions; What happened to the fugitives? What did the writing mean for Ellis? Will Naomi even look for Ellis to explain it all?

I've just finished watching it and I'm left so frustrated. I wished I knew that there was no season 2 before I watched it.
