How to watch demand tv??

Hello! I’m going to sound really stupid now but how do you watch ITV and 4od on the tv? They are no longer available on my smart TVs so unsure how to watch? Thanks guys!

Do you have a games console, Sky or a Chromecast/Amazon Fire stick?

I have a PlayStation? Haven’t got a stick or sky. The channels used to be available but now there’s on the iplayer and demand5

You can download BBC iPlayer etc from the PlaystationStore.
