Anybody watching the new series of Teen Mom: young & pregnant? (American version)

So this just started last night and I’m hooked already, the girls are in their late teens to age 21 and they are all in relationships although a couple of these relationships aren’t going to go the distance, from what I can see anyway.

The girls, and guys, seem far more mature than our young mums that’s for sure!

So far I can’t really comment on who I do like but I definitely don’t like the guy that keeps cheating on his pregnant girlfriend Angry whose name I can’t remember, and I don’t like Shen, who is mother to Bar (yes you read that right, he’s Male) because it’s so obvious that she’s one of those mothers that is pathetically jealous of her sons’ girlfriends, I quite like Bar though & his girlfriend, whose name I can’t remember either, Confused he loves her and she loves him and if only his witch of a mother, (who threatened her sons pregnant girlfriend with getting ‘beat up’ Angry) would fuck off then I’m sure they’d be ok, they only argued about her! I’ve only watched 1 episode though so I can’t really know what’s gonna happen, but I know the 2 that I dislike!

There was an episode, that I watched after episode 1, and it was ‘to meet the new moms’ and Maci Bookout, the original teen mom USA member, presented that episode.

It’s my new guilty pleasure (I can just tell) and I’d like to know if it’s anyone else’s guilty pleasure?

I don’t know why there’s a pregnant 21 year old in it at all, 21 is young to have a kid but not that young, it’s ridiculous because by that age your finished with school & probably further education and you’d be working like any other mother, it doesn’t make sense.

So I watched this as I watch all teen mom stuff (love them) and I haven't quite got drawn in yet. They do seem to be another bunch of disasters. I do agree why the 21 year old, that's not teen mom age or even really considered young and pregnant. Yes young in age terms but no-one is going to sit crying that you have destroyed your life at 21 like you would for a 16 year old.

Confuddled yes your life at 21 is different to that of a16 year old where impending motherhood is involved.

Shen is Bar’s mother’s name! She actually said ‘nobody is taking ma crown’ with reference to Bars girlfriend Confused and the fact that she’s having his child, even his girlfriend said that his mother was fine until she got pregnant, I’d understand if she was annoyed at her son being a dad so young, although it wouldn’t excuse the behaviour towards pregnant girlfriend, but it’s about jealousy, loud & clear.

I love this show it's so damn messy! Bars mum is so ghetto but Ashley's mother isn't much better. I got some super weird jocasta vibes when she told bar to get his fine ass over here, who talks to their son like that she's like the mother in law from hell! I think Ashley and bar make a super cute couple though and their daughter is gorgeous!

Jade seems like she's got her head on pretty straight considering her background just wish she'll drop her loser BF and hate the fact she spelt her daughters name as Kloie rather than Chloe that kids going to be spelling her name out for the rest of her life. At 21 though I don't think she should have been apart of this show.

Lexi seems lovely but stupid and Kyler is ugly as hell and should be kissing her damn feet for even considering dating him. It was funny watching her try on prom dresses thinking the sales assistant was rude for making sure expensive dresses weren't getting ruined because Lexi doesn't want to admit she's got a huge bump and can't fit in the majority of stuff in that store!

Brianna just needs to break up with Danae they arent compatible and both have far too much growing up to do. If its true that they are no longer together I think it's for the best. Love her postivity about her sons missing arm though and the fact she calls it his 'lucky fin' from nemo is the sweetest thing.

Kaylas is the most boring out of them all it's just on and off all the time she needs to listen to her mum and friends and just move on, Stephen is ugly too he looks like Sid from ice age so thank god their son looks nothing like him! She sounds like that cash me outside girl too and gets on my nerves.

Lexi & Kayla are so boring.
I like the others I feel sorry for danae he has a lot going on.
The guys are all so ugly barr is the only one that has a personality I feel him & his gf will last they are on the same level.

I haven’t watched this is it worth a watch. I’m abit put off about then fuming at 21, I had a baby then and I was an adult expeir need living away from home. Most people I know who did have dc at this age just got on with it.

I’ve never invested my time in the American ones, I saw Maci’s 1st episode of 16 and pregnant, Farrah’s 1st episode, Kailyns 1st episode & then years later watched 1 episode where Farrah was very rich, very famous and a very nasty bitch, and beyond these then I haven’t watched them, not interested now either.
