Seema and Stacy versus Tanya and Ester; they will never see each other's point of view. S&S do think they are better than everyone else. Tbf in some respects they probably are.

Tanya and Lauren have always been friends. I can see why Tanya would be annoyed about Seema's call to arms to start to support Lauren. S&S think themselves superior and lack empathy outside of their friendship group.

I agree re Dr Martin. Ethically he seems dubious as fuck. Basic medical training, no further accreditations, he doesn’t seem to have more letters after his name to suggest further education in a specialist area (not talking dentistry). His ego is fucking massive, so if he had them, he’d use them (and should use them as it gives patients confidence in his professional abilities and knowledge). No visible published work on the topic of his alleged ‘passion’ (common for Dr’s to publish peer reviewed articles in journals on a specialist topic if it is truly an area of special interest for them). Basically, I think he is a charlatan when it comes to the hormonal stuff. I wouldn’t trust him with my menopause.

I was withering inside watching Esther and John. I'd not be happy if I were in Rachels position.

Looks wise, he’s not my bag but I can’t get past his seemingly dodgy puffed up medical practice.

Rachel asked the surgeon for 'teardrop' shape - she's ended up with beach balls like all the others!

Dr Martin's face and head looks like he's suffered too much G-force and Hanna has a typical 'mean girl' look about her. Not keen on either of them.

I get distracted when they're doing the monologue bits, with Dawn's hand-chopping actions, which Hanna has now adopted, Seema does similar, but with a pointy finger sweeping action.

I think Doc Martin has been over tweaking himself with injectables.

Agree with above re plastic surgery / fillers / botox / veneers etc. Rachel's tits look even worse than previous - still lopsided and huge boulders. Tanya and Christine seem to have the same mould.

Hannah is almost as dirgy as Christine and not a nice person. However, Christine's comments re getting in shape for her wedding were uncalled for.

I've never liked Dawn and her deflection techniques but there's definitely something going on in her personal life - I assume all the financial shit is coming to a head.

I really think anyone promoting a business on this show - whether is a book, shop, surgery....really need to think twice. They need to make a bit of mystery about themselves as it just comes across really tacky and false.

I would agree re business promotion on the show. It isn’t exactly high brow, it doesn’t show the participants in the best lights. There might be a bit of new business generated from the show by viewers wanting to meet them or whatever but I would be more worried about the harm done by their screeching/drunk/tits out nonsensical cat fights on investors and serious client relationships.

Especially in the case of Arista Interiors, Dawn’s high end interior design company (that only seems to design for one bloke, the guy she does the creme ball for, the mobile phone mogul). Like most interior designers, she has a ‘signature style’ aka all her rooms look exactly the same (shiny and silver).

Martin is a dentist, he met Hanna at Dental School. He seems to have gone down the route of the anti aging injectables, fillers etc. He does those thread face lifts. I suspect he and Hanna think this will raise his profile and be good for business.

He did Lauren's face didn't he? You can see where the threads pull on her cheeks when she tries to smiles. I still don't understand Dawn and Seema going to him for blood tests, other than the obvious promoting his business.

I still don't like Hanna, it's her voice. I've known a fair few mean girls in my lifetime, and they all the that grainy voice she has.

I don't generally agree with dawn but this time I'm going to. Rachel has been a pure princess about Dawn not visiting her. It's clear Dawn has a lot going on off camera and she's hugely stressed, plus she said she texted her everyday etc.

They obviously get the treatment for free and it promotes his clinic. Believe me, there is a lot of money to be made there. A lot.

I seem to remember Dawn complaining that certain people hadn’t visited her after her much talked about hysterectomy so I’m finding this a little hard to take.

Yup. Second surgeon gave very poor options - you're prepped for surgery and we only have two sets of implants available; fucking big and monstrous? Cut away to smirking husband. Yuck.

Dawn's house of cards is obviously teetering and about to fall - does she really think hosting in-laws is going to work when legal shit hits the fans? They've been trying to flog their the banks house for years.

She is not a nice person - does loads of horrible stuff via social media - direct quote: "I build armies, me!" — lots of horrible shite on tanya etc via twitter.

What I find most vile, is how she slag off women based on natural (or other) attributes eg the model with beauty spot and Tanya's teeth - even more hypocritical given her new aesthetic (invasive) business.

Perhaps her talentless, tuneless, shite models, crap horseriding progeny will save her; oh bug*er, they can't even get on programmes where they sign up to having sex on camera?!

Before anyone says 'how dare you mention her kids?' she's been crowbarring them in wherever she could; e.g Rachel's birthday. Urggh
