Tanya and Lauren have always been friends. I can see why Tanya would be annoyed about Seema's call to arms to start to support Lauren. S&S think themselves superior and lack empathy outside of their friendship group.

I wonder too 8DaysAWeek. What was all the aggro towards Perla? I think the producers like to leave gaps so they can fill them in at a later date. This is how I feel about Dawn too: I quite like her for reasons I can't fathom and then she behaves like a loon. It's like you just can't take her out!

I think the Perla/Dawn thing was just Dawn going beyond the point of no return, the red mist had descended like a badass and Perla made the mistake of stepping out in front of her in raging bull mode.

I agree about Ester Drapers, she always wants Dawn to like her and I think just wanted to please her when they met up for lunch. I don't think she truly felt the same as Dawn, but its what she said and tbf on Dawn that would piss me off too if someone backtracked like that.

Angel, I suspect Stacey seems nicer this series because we are getting her in smaller doses and she is able to be more herself because she is less bound by the ludicrous scripted nonsense the producers force on the main ‘stars’.

Was thinking. Cheshire is so false looking I think, because they actually have no real decent stories of their own. So the producers have to step in.

For example RHONJ, they have major drama going down all the time so it never looks as scripted, Beverly Hills, there's always something happening and they have more real life background, you get to know the families more and it seems less wooden.
The producers don't seem to have as much input they just turn up and film and it all goes off!

I think too much about RH. Must get out more. It's my guilty pleasure!

I think the thing about the Cheshire franchise is most of them make their living on the back of the programme so they really need it. I don't watch the others but Lisa van der pump et al are pretty rich without the programme. I know it's an endorsement but they'd probably be doing as well without it.

Agree that the story lines are daft. How would you not know your best friend is moving?! I think the implication is D is soooo busy and soooo stressed she doesn't have time for her best friends any more.

I know someone who lived in Cheshire and mingled with many of the types (probably them) on the programme. After a few years she could stand it no longer and has moved away whilst her DH still works there and commutes

I have family in Cheshire (close to where this lot hang out) and they are NOTHING like them (more tweedy, Volvo types).

RHOC does seem more set up than the other RH's shows. They don't seem to show what they actually do on this one. Maybe they could show us a bit more of any of them at work? Although it makes me laugh that Seema's show room is in the counterfeit capital of Manchester (I live in Manchester before anyone asks).
I've never been a fan of Dawn but I'd started to melt a bit when I saw how upset she got over Ashleys parents. That all went out of the window watching the last episode. She's an horrific drunk. She's rude, aggressive, and a bully. Calling people pricks and calling Perla a bitch for no apparent reason.
What the hell has happened to Tanya? If she's not hamming it up for the cameras she's spoiling for a fight too. It's embarrassing.

I’ve never seen Lauren’s perfume in real life, on a counter or anywhere. I assume it was a flop.
