Now Katie & Christina, I was soooooo impressed by the way that they put their 'ishoos' aside and done the job.

However, Katie would be the boss from hell. Imagine telling her you had to take a day off becaue your child had measles - I would hate her as my boss and would get fired because of it.

Christina, not sure yet, Gazelle is a soppy bird, but would be nice as a boss I feel.

Jadine, will go and will not be the apprentice, too much attitude.

Lohit, nice but not sure if too nice.

Presumably Sralan is party to other footage as well as what is said in the Boardroom - if I were him, I would be thinking seriously about the effect of Katie managing any element of my staff who might be from gasp North of the Watford Gap. Her sneering, supercillious attitude is very unpleasant.

Funnily enough, I don't feel the same way about Christina - I'm not sure why. I suspect the winner will be someone like Lohit or Tre.

There is a girl on the programme, I think she's called Naomi, who simply has not registered at all on the programme, also Jadine seems to be off the radar.

My goodness, this series just gets better and better. The mauling that poor, beleaguered and hapless Adam received from that Rottweiler Katie was incendiary TV. She was so red I thought she was going to spontaneously ignite.

It was inevitable that Adam had to go but I was hoping Sralan would fire the blank non-entity Gazelle. She is so irrelevant and contributes nothing. Even when she was project manager a few weeks ago she demonstrated emphatically that she could not inspire a starving dog to chew a bone.

Katie, what can one say? She is a snob, condenscending to anyone who is not from the Home Counties, especially if they are north of Surrey. The Pinot Grichot comment was said with such sneering vemom that even Sralan was lost for words. She called Christina an evil wench in the car - boy is Christina in for it now. Cruella Deville's wrath and venom will be transferred to her now that wee Adam is gone. Sralan has sussed her out already. She is like a black widow spider - she'll stab you in the back when you least expect it whilst at the same time smiling meekly and looking you straight in the eyes. Awful woman.

The only real contenders to win are Tre, Lohip and Christina. My personal choice is Lohip because he knows how to build rapport, he understands how to convey the benefits of a product or a service to a customer and above all, he treats people with respect. If Tre could be more concilatory towards others and show more empathy rather than brusque arrogance, he would win outright. At the moment he is too confrontational and his haughty narcissism and pompous, dismissive attitude towards weaker team members are not the attributes of an incisive, effective leader.

Nope, sorry, although I'm the only person in the country to feel this way I like Katie.

She's a fighter, and good at it, and in it to win. None of which does her any harm with me.

When she gets angry - justifiably in my opinion - she says what she feels, and she'll say it to people's face if needed. So I'm not sure where the idea that she is two faced has come from (mind you I haven't seen all the episodes so I might be missing something). She has the wit and presence of mind to come up with spontaneous and relevant comments that can shrivel people up, but honestly, I think most people who are mad enough to go on the apprentice deserve to be shrivelled; they certainly have egos which can take it.

All I saw in the boardroom last night was a very angry woman who for once, didn't cry, didn't fluster, didn't beg, but actually made mincemeat of an idiot who was bullshitting wildly in an attempt to wriggle out of a tight corner. I mean, he tried lying to Sralan, FGS! What sort of a numpty does that?

I'm assuming they weren't allowed access to Google, or they'd have found it in about 20 seconds what Nigella seeds were.

I really think he just got very mixed up with all that was being chucked at him.

Although I don't like Katy, I must say I have a grudging respect for the way she doesn't crumble under fire and she comes out with some hilarious but completely poisonous lines. She is awful though...it's when she puts those eyebrows up..

I don't have a problem with them being ruthless - it's a contest, after all, and they are business people. What I detest about katie is the smug, sanctimonious, snobbish way she puts her views over. That "cat got the cream" smile was so smackable. No matter how good her business skills, she is not someone I could work with on apersonal level.

Katie is ghastly. and there is no way I would employ her. Sir Alan has her card marked though "today you showed your true colours" ain't that the truth. And I think he has her card marked and will be getting rid of her as soon as poss.

I think adam made a valid point last night on the after show - he said "I think he liked me, otherwise I think he would have fired me a long time ago" and I think he's right. I think Adam had to go last night, but I think he's not a bad sort - is apparently working to support his sister and her child who live with him.

Imagine if a non-Brit had got fired last night and Katie said, "good, he can bugger off back to (e.g. France) and back to his French chums," now that would be seen as racist. And I think her contempt for people from Northern England is as low and as unforgivable as rascism. Which it is, basically.

I think she is hideous and wouldn't work for her for any money in the world.

Katie is a sneering, insincere and duplicitous hag. All she's shown so far is how she can mesmerise people with her evil eye contact into dropping prices and that's about it. If she had half the charm she believes she had she might be a decent person and - my god - WHY does she insist on slipping in them fancy diamante hairslides for the boardroom??? HOW OLD IS SHE? !

Gizmo, if you have not seen all the episodes, then I can understand the hero worship. I liked Katie in the first episode and hated Tre. By episode 3, that position was reversed. Please note, nobody is criticising her for her strength or intelligence or guile. It is her duplicity, her sneering condescension, her haughty, superior snobbery and so forth. Those are the the attributes of someone who can lead, motivate and inspire a team.
