Tyler is everyone's rock. It must be so exhausting.

Dakota only seems to speak aggressively about and to Bristol, but the producers do egg him on somewhat.

I like Maci, I think she's right to keep Ryan at arm's length until he's clean.

Bristol seems a bit off.

Tyler does look so beaten down. I think that giving up Carly destroyed Cate (and I feel SO sad for her when I think about it). I think they are staying together because if the broke up then giving away Carly would be for nothing as they always claimed it was so they could stay together and build a life.
They both need serious counselling that address giving their baby up for adoption and how to live with that!

Workreturner I know what you mean, glad I'm not the only one not drinking the Macie cool-aid. I find Macie very controlling to the point she has Ryan's parents treading on egg shells so they don't have their contact visits pulled.
Macie won't be satisfied until Ryan is completely out of Bentleys life. The majority of her scenes are her running Ryan down, but maybe she has to talk about him to stay on the show, there is no other drama surrounding her to make her interesting enough to be kept on it.

I find Cheyenne really annoying too- her whiny voice!! Her daughter is so cute- terrible name though.
It's only a matter of time before Tyler and Cate split, they really don't seem to be in love anymore.
I'm on the fence about Bristol- I thought she came across well until the phone call with Levi where she was trying to make out he'd had these forms for months, he said on the phone he'd had them for a few days, she had initially only sent him the contract to sign with no information as to what the contract was for.

Every time Bristol does her voice over or whatever its called the way she talks reminds me of the Twilight saga when Bella from the movie talks.

Catelynn and Tyler had kept quiet on social media about them living separately for a month.

I know that it was Cheyenne's birthday, but why oh why were they all in lingerie??? There is a tv crew around and tummies and legs and chest and more were on show? Put it away and raise the level girl. Even her mum and aunt were part of the lingerie entourage. I also wish that she would actually interact and pay her daughter a bit more attention rather than worrying about that dude and his feelings. Talk to your daughter, please.

Tyler and Catelynne's daughter, Nova, is Soooooo beautiful it is wonderful. I look forward to seeing clips of her in the show. She is absolutely gorgeous! For Catelynne, I hope that she can get out of that low that she is in. Tyler loves her so much.

Im sad for Caitlin and Tyler. They've been through so much together. It seems like Tyler has compassion fatigue after caring for so many needy people.

We just got Sky Q and I’ve been catching up with OG during the night feeds in the bedroom , just watched the first couple of episodes with the new moms. Bristol seems ok so far (very pretty). Is her husband having any sort of treatment for the PTSD ? He seems a total wreck and the way he doesn’t talk directly to her but only speaks about her to the producers when she’s standing right there is awful.

Corey isn’t exactly troubled by self doubt is he ? Nasty to tell cheyenne’s dad Zach was living with her but why the huge drama? She’s an adult and a mother, surely her boyfriend can move in without a massive row with her family about it???

@SydneyCarton that whole 'he's moved in my dad doesn't like it' plot line seemed really contrived for the cameras.

@SydneyCarton I agree about Bristol's husband. It's a shame the show haven't taken this as an opportunity to educate about PTSD for war survivors and the way impacts families. A lot of his problematic behaviour (controlling, paranoia, anger, blaming her etc) seems to be PTSD related. I'm glad she took steps to remove herself from what was an abusive situation, but the show really skimmed over what is clearly untreated or inadequately treated MH problems.

I don't miss Farah at all, I found her hard to watch. She was just such a terrible person, all the others are flawed but she was a bully.

I kept watching her scenes trying to find some empathy with her or understanding as to why she behaves like that but I just couldn’t.

What’s the beef with David about? He seems a bit odd but it looked like he was the first person in a long time to stand up to farrah and tell her a few home truths which I guess is what pissed her off. Michael just kisses ass to keep her sweet and poor Sophia doesn’t know which way to turn or what to say or who to please; all that manipulation over the wedding was appalling. I thought Amy might be a voice of reason but no, though I think Farrah only cultivates a relationship with her to annoy Debra..

Silver birch tree I agree about Bristol's husband Dakota. It's a shame, but he doesn't seem well and really takes it out on her. The producer who speaks to him on camera seems to stir the pot a lot by talking about Bristol and winding him up.

Ambers new man seems like a positive influence on her, which is good

@Xmastummyhasgonebig I'm not sure why a couple would host a 'gender reveal party' if they knew there was a 50% chance of being disappointed. And on camera! That poor kid is going to see that footage one day.

Maybe because the precious pregnancies/post birth periods have all been traumatic for them, they were hoping for a boy because it represented a different experience? I don't know.

I feel bad for Cait, she doesn't seem to have anyone in her corner. Tyler's family (as fucked up as they are) are there to explain to the audience that Tyler has done everything he can and should be allowed to move on from his pregnant and mentally unwell wife without a shimmer of guilt because he's so great.

Looking back at their decision to place Carly for adoption- it breaks my heart because it was a long term solution to their short term problem. If they had had some support for the first few years, they would have been completely capable of being competent & loving parents to her. Cait probably wouldn't be so depressed, because that hugely traumatic and disempowering thing would not have happened.

Tyler leaving Cait now seems like another long term solution to a short term problem. Cait is sick. She will probably get well. But by then he will be gone and their family is fractured again.

I've decided I can't stand cheyenne! She is just LOVING Cory still fancying her and just relishing in stringing him along.
This Leah shaving her legs storyline is very odd

Jeez its a bit early for Leah to start shaving her legs, if that was Farrah doing Sophias legs she'd be torn to shreds on social media.

That is some size of house that Maci has bought, I hope Jen/Larry/Maci etc can become close again once Ryan sorts himself out.

Cheynne's scenes are boring, I like watching Bristol but I wish we would see more other than talking about Daykota.

Yes @Whereland , I found the whole 'group shaving event' a bit odd too. Especially when they called Gary in to have a look. Call me old fashioned if you want but it's on a par with the period chat and looking at a pad and tampons. No males need to be called into the room at that time (sure have a chat with them too), but somethings have to be done alone before the blokes are called in like managers.

I think that Cheyenne is gorgeous and utterly nice, but she needs to admit that she likes Cory and move forward...and do something with her daughter and stop making all scenes be about her pandering after Cory (who is equally good looking and a gentleman).

Bristol is boring and without being shot (yes, I'm judging her on her looks), she looks boring too. she has had that plastic surgery generic brown hair North American /European look. I would wager that she has that porn look that is oh so loved by certain individuals.
Furthermore, where are her things in her kitchen? Does she pack away EVERYTHING when MTV are there? There is never anything out, no kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, books or toys for the kids. When I see her scenes at home I glance around my place and think 'eh?'

Can I just ask how many nine year olds want to be in the delivery room waiting for a baby to be born??

Think Cheyenne can not get over the fact that Cory isn't into a relationship other than co-parenting

Poor Trip. Felt that Bristol and Devon should have had a conversation about Trip and Devon. Although I did get the feeling that they have.
