Think someone's had a word with Caroline Quentin and told her to calm down and sssshhh. This series she's much quieter and less shouty. I'm actually able to watch this now and enjoy it

Oh good! I haven't watched it yet but I did find her very OTT last series.

Then again, I quite enjoyed watching sweet quiet Piers fairly obviously gritting his teeth and trying to block her out a lot of the time

Oh yes, I just re-watched series one and she was so annoying. This second series has been much nicer!
