Rhuma is definitely super midwife. She works the community single handed, she does GP clinic sessions and she works shifts at the hospital!

Mind you, Eeeeesh is super nurse as she works like a trooper in the surgery and does home visits.

I wish we could have some more realistic staffing, with another practice nurse, a health care assistant, district nurses popping in and a proper health visitor. not one who is completely batty

Well there is another nurse who pops up in the background every now and then, Tash (I think) and Gobby was a HCA until Gobbyplod ran her over and she thought she was 16 again. But to be fair there are already more staff than patients most day's anyway so if we had more there would be no room'time for any 'real' stuff like gangster clowns
