Netflix US?

I've heard that the US version has a bigger catalogue of programmes to watch, is there something I can download or change settings to access it? Thank you

The short answer is that you can access us Netflix, but you are not supposed to and you risk being banned from Netflix if you do it.

Due to content licensing Netflix only allows you to watch content that available in the country you are in.

So if you are on holiday in America you can only access Netflix USA and not Netflix UK.

The site determines your location by your IP address.

You can trick it into thinking you are in another country, but the people at Netflix are constantly finding ways to block the various apps/proxy’s/vpns and if you are found to be using one your account will be blocked and you will be banned from Netflix.

The US content really isn’t significantly different from the UK content so it really isn’t worth the risk.

I have yet to find a VPN/smart DNS service that Netflix doesn't detect.
From a legal perspective, you might as well be using The Pirate Bay.

Legally no. IMO you might as well just search google for it eg show name s01ep01 and watch it that way. Just as dodgy but won't get your Netflix account blocked.
