OMG was anyone else shocked by
A. The callousness of Bradley Vine the car driver... he seemed to really enjoy watching himself on CCTV
B. The fact that although he deliberately drove a car at a group of people, ran one over and reversed back over him, the CPS would not consider pursuing the charge of attempted murder
