I watched USA win the curling this morning. No idea any of the rules but it was exciting.
I can imagine the strapline on a film ' making curling great again..'

80s I watched UK/Japan today, it is the most peculiar thing in the world! DH loves it but he's odd too so it suits him

I always get very hooked on the curling. It makes up for fact I can't 'watch' any tennis at the moment.

I also watched a lot of the skating.

I've loved watching the Winter Olympics this year, the snowboarding and ice skating in particular. Curling however, it's like watching paint dry. Or golf...😀

I met a heavily disguised Kylie on a beach in Brittany. She was lovely.

She offered to have her picture taken with my DCs(this was pre selfies).

In the pic DC2 is regaling her with the story of his plastic shark. It's a very lovely memory. That Olivier she went out with is in the background. I made it into Heat magazine, largely because I had spotted them together. They announced their split two weeks later!

Raahh did you notice, the Canadian woman who won the pairs ice skating was a dark haired version of Nicole Kidman?
