Dot and Baby

I know that Dot found the baby in a church. Dot let the mother stay with her. The mothers now done, Dot still has the baby, so what's theawful thing she did?

the mother was an illegal immegrant, she asked dot to take care of her son when she was caught, Dot now says it's Nick (her sons) son.

i met someone from EE recently visiting a hospital maternity unit, she was checking out whether the set she'd built for Dawn's birth was realistic
