Does anyone else think the BBC are being a bit quiet about this?
Considering it's
- costing a bomb (co-made with Netflix)
- starts tomorrow
- is by the bloke who made The Night Manager
I haven't seen one trailer (although I tend to watch BBCs 2 and 4 more than 1 so maybe I've just missed it) and the newspaper coverage seems devoted to shock horror about the guy playing Achilles (he couldn't be much worse than Brad Pitt was and that's all that counts to me).
I've loved this story since I was a child. I am looking forward to it but also full of trepidation that it could be truly awful. At least they appear to be sticking to the story, unlike the film which made some major, and to my mind, pointless changes.
