Well that was a random one, Where on earth did they get that receptionist from ? She was awful and unprofessional.
The bit at the end with Zaniel was cringy.
But I did like 6tl's line 'everywhere sells gin' !

Zara was awful - what an entitled bitch!! He could do so much better.

Btw I was in the dentists the other day (posh private practice, been going on and off since childhood!) and the receptionists were having a bit of a barney! The practice manage was trying to explain something to the regular receptionist and the receptionist was not understanding and getting all flustered, then she had to ‘step outside for a bit). Was like a Mrs T/Valerie scenario!! Was quite disappointed to be called in for my appointment.
