Have been to my gp today myself, as a follow up for my blood tests, and despite the lengthy hours of dog walking I do, I extremely low levels of vitamin d. Which explains why I'm so tired.

(Although the fact I don't sleep also explains why I'm so tired ).

And yes, it's been very cold today. Even here in the Snow shield that is Manchester we have had a few half hearted flurries.

I'm off to a funeral tomorrow. And it's a burial- I'm hoping it doesn't snow over night.

I agree that in this day and age it really shouldn't be an issue if a sportsman- or anyone- is gay.

I imagine so, we do domicilary visits to mainly elderly people, they are entitled to cancel their glasses order within 7 days, this isn't a practice policy but one set by outside people (can't think who, probably goc)

Al's mum is outstanding in her portrayal of memory loss. Sadly, my dear mum has dementia and the depiction is spot on. So sad and a very cruel disease.

Thanks Told. It's an odd situation, as although it's my grandad, I hadn't seen him for a long time (complicated family issues), but I'm going to support my mum. I do hope it's not snowy though!
