I'm not sure if Ann thinks she's on a higher level Missrabbit but she definitely believes the views she subscribes to are the one true way, while at the same time acknowledging that she's out of step with the majority and that her views aren't populist.

She's certainly known that she's alone in her opinions in the house and isn't stupid enough to think they're mainstream outside of the house. Point being, she doesn't care.
