I think Ann’s issue with ‘equality’ is that she sees that women are ‘allowed’ to apply to do anything a man does (with notable exception of RC priest, Iman etc) so she thinks they have equality. The fact that women don’t get to do all things as much as men or with as much remuneration seems to have passed her by.
