Always have to mute the tv when it's letters from home. Can't stand all the sentimental sloppiness of it all. They've been in for 3 weeks, it's like a holiday ffs. What the hell are they crying for. Should think about the big fat pay check, that should cheer them up. Apart from that i'm finding this series so boring now. Sorry for being so glum.

I'm confused by Malika complaining about wanting a high protein diet when there are sardines and corned beef available. Fair enough if she's avoiding salt but it seems like a weird argument given all the tins of fish there seemed to be in there!
