Yes I did!

I don't really know what to make of it..... my chief impressions were:

1. Despite claiming she's now 'independent', Lisa has clearly NEVER lived other than with the fierce protection of strong and wealthy men (first her father, then her brothers)

1. I really think Michelle should have quit long ago

Oh, and I also thought that lawyer's choice of 'artwork' was pretty crass and odious actually

I felt bad for a Michelle, she'd come up against the absolute lord of smug, arrogant tosser who deliberately set out to screw over women they've shared a bed and home with for two decades.

You read about it every day on here, self employed men who fudge the books so they pay £2.50 in child maintenance a week but he really took the biscuit. I can't imagine what that's done to her, but you can see she's made it her life's mission to retribute against his actions, perhaps at the expense of her own well being.

@10FingersOnTheFender YES! The artwork was an awful idea and the execution of it even worse!

Also agree the woman chasing for years who's husband died in unexplained circumstances needed to get over it. He whole life seemed to be consumed by him and her divorce

I agree re Michelle.
All that stress, pain, hurt and anger.
At the end of her life she'll know she turned down 25 million pounds.
Was it really worth it ?

Lisa always seemed to depend on a man.

She said her ex went back to his wife and family. She was pretty miffed.
Was he married when Lisa and he got together ?
If so, then she mustn't be on Mumsnet - if you marry a man who cheated ( with you ) on his wife then you've married a man who cheats on his life.

Her life was sooo different from the norm, we'll certainly my norm !
The house was lovely but she is going to redecorate.
