That was exactly my thought when I researched it earlier this week. The step by step photos are utterly horrific - and I mean that both MtF and FtM. I can’t even describe on this thread what needs to happen for the surgeon to ‘harvest’ the skin needed for a new ‘penis.’ I truly wonder how on earth it can be deemed ‘ethical.’ It’s brutal.
