New Series Location, Location ... Tonight More4???

I'm confused! Does anyone know for certain if this is a brand new series of Location... starting on More4 tonight?

Series 23, can't be watched online and it doesn't have an R in the tv guide.

Haven't seen any promos on TV which is weird.

Also weird to be on at same time as the abysmal Love it or List it on the real Channel4.

If it's new, surely ditch Love it or List it and show the real Location, Location!?

If it is series 30 ( they are on series 30!) I think it is new stuff
If it is series 23 it is definately old hat.

Which is the same as the Radio Times More4 description! I'm confused!

Series 23 in 2017! How could they have got to Series 30!?
