I usually love this but missed the end of the last series. What’s the back story? Why has Nicky been off work?
I also missed the first five minutes tonight.

OMG you should watch it on catch up if you can! They went abroad (i want to say Mexico for some reason but could be horribly wrong) & she got kidnapped & buried alive!!!

Beginning of this one, she's sort of seeing things a little & one of her colleague friends has gone missing; the long haired guy in the lab has been pulled in so they can 'keep an eye on him' but i missed why!!

Oh I did watch the Mexico one mustbemad- I had just totally forgotten it. They usually get over trauma in a heartbeat!
I have just had to send my husband out the room as he claims it’s not realistic- it’s a drama!!!!

Yeah it doesn't usually drag out this much Iceland! Have to admit i'm not paying much attention as it's boring me...but have recorded it just in case 😂😂

Went to salt mine but I missed what they found there???
Was made to look like suicide

Had argument with David who was suspect but now isn't ?
Blood and phone found at farm of Angus but no sallt or body
Angus brother presumably shot in past by police

I've literally no idea wtf is going on

I do like her hair, blouses and kitchen though! I used to love this but the recent storylines are all familiar. I don’t like it when they go abroad. Maybe it’s run it’s course, or we have had a taste of excellent drama in recent years with Line of Duty etc

It used to be really interesting and about forsenic techniques and stuff. Now it's ridiculous and there's no way the police would let them be so involved in the investigation.

I also have no clue what's going on. How does the bit at the start relate to the rest of it?

I think the bodies they found under the flowers/teddy are the couple and baby from the very beginning but I didn't see them say that they'd fast forwarded 10 years??

Should have been stopped before the last series. The plots are so far fetched and unbelievable.
A pathologist works in the lab, not chasing criminals around the world. Just ridiculous.

I thought the buried bodies were the wife and baby from the opening scenes. I then thought that suicide man and the other man who was hanging about might be the pair in masks who killed her and it’s come back to haunt them. Someone’s blackmailing them hence the man running away and ending up in the river.

It is so silly, I agree that the storylines are ridiculous now. Pathologists tailing suspects on the request of the police? Hmm. Plus the completely baffling shreds of storylines that introduce thousands of characters and give us lots of information but tell us precisely nothing.

Who killed Sally then? Is that David innocent - who killed Livtar?

I feel as though I haven't sat here for an hour watching (although have to admit concentration was a problem).
