Tv planner app needed

We are cancelling sky and will have Netflix, now tv and the usual catch up services. This means we won't have a recordable box. Dh said we don't need one as everything is available on catchup iplayer etc. My issue is that I like to series link series's of programmes I see coming up or see a programme that's on in a few days and set it to record. Without the recordable box I think I may forget these one off programmes I want to see. I have been looking for a app that you can list all the programmes you want to watch so I can go and refer to them then delete them off the list once I've watched them. Most of the TV guide apps I've looked at create a watch list but once the day has gone and the programme been on it will disappear from the watch list. I need them all in one place so I can see what I have listed weather past or future. Any recommendations or ideas...?

If you can still record a series or one off on a box then I don't see a problem.

We are cancelling sky so we won't be able to use the recordable feature on it anymore.

Have you thought about getting the Humax Freesat box instead? It sounds a lot easier than what you have planned.

It's useless then.

You need to buy a recordable box, or get someone in to reset the sky box up.

Personally I ditched the Sky box and paid for a Humax. I now get everything I need but sky. I can record, pause, go on catch up. I'm happy.

I can also record more than two at once.

We bought a Youview box a couple of years ago. It’s basically free view, but you can record stuff, series link etc without the subscription. You can also watch Netflix through it.
