Roseanne is coming back!

So excited, loved this show when I was a teenager. All the original cast are coming back, even John Goodman which is good going seeing as he died in the last episode!

Hope it’s going to be shown in the U.K.

Yes, I’m looking forward to this. Sure it will be on in UK at some point. Although I’m interested to see how they deal with the storyline given that they have already done the ‘it was all a dream’ thing at the end of the last series!

Apparantly they’re just going to ignore/not mention the fact that Dan died. I’m hoping Ch4 pick it up, it must have been one of their biggest shows at the time. It was Friday evening tradition to sit down and watch this.

I hadn’t realised until I saw articles about this today, that Glenn Quinn, who played Mark, died about 15 years ago. I gather that they haven’t recast the role and the character will have died too.

That’s sad, I hadn’t realised he’d died either.

Ahh, such fond memories of this show.

Really hope that we'll get to see this in the UK. I've been looking forward to it since the news broke last year about the new series.

My number one favourite American comedy show. I own all episodes on DVD. I cannot wait.

I remember when I first saw George Clooney on Roseanne and felt he would go on to have a successful career in Hollywood.
