Why'd she say them?

They were repeating what a school bus driver said to a little boy as he bullied him

then the little boy hanged himself because of the bullying

That's terrible

Oh, actually the subject matter is really

A couple are on whose child committed suicide because he was being bullied.

She was describing what the bus driver of the bus that he went to school on called him

Didnt realise what it was about until after my first post. Didnt mean to sound insensitive
