Poor Stalker Gavin - he never really fit in. But he's probably better off out of it...

I can't even remember who won it last year - was it Mo? What happened to him?. I keep thinking of Liberty X Kevin - but he was the year before (and how soon was he forgotten- again).

So- we have S'Tom, Will, and J-Hud back as judges, and now Olly. Who will be all 'cheeky chappy' and love every one, most likely.

Spinny chairs at the ready! (not too fast though- I'm feeling a bit head achey- I think I'm allergic to weekends ).

I very nearly missed that this was on- I wasn't expecting it to start so early in the year.(Even though it usually does). I swear the years are getting shorter and shorter.

I'm so glad creepy Gavin has decided to spend the year in his basement rather than come back. Perhaps he has Mo locked in there?!
Or else Gavin's MNer fan has turned the tables on him and locked Gavin in a cupboard?
My favourite hiatus story about The Voice was that Ricky got drunk and swore at Olly for stealing his job.

I liked Ricky! He was radio two on saturday last week and very funny.
Olly will do the essex cheeky chappie thing to death.

Hi 80s - I'm feeling a bit woozy. I seem to have had a slight headache all week, but I feel a bit worse today. I wouldn't mind if I'd had a drink! (I wasn't planning on doing Dry january- it just seems to have started that way!).

Olly nicking Ricky's job is funny. I liked Ricky.

I know what you mean raahh. I feel so old these days ( 52) and get funny heads without any of the pleasure of even a small drink! Im not liking ' middle age'. January is going to drag i bet.
I would rather Ricky than Will too. Will this years winner do better than last years one? We can but hope.

It is always fun to see to see what J-Hud is wearing. She has a rather dubious sense of style, lots of sofa covers. I hope she though carefully about her 'auditions' outfit.

But she is only the second one to last 2 series (of the women).

I have not a scooby who won The Voice last year, or any year in fact. But that does not matter. What matters is that the S'tom is back. I cannot wait to see his sheer amazement and delight every time a contestant for The Valleeeeeys appears.
