Broadchurch Series 1 Question

In series one, the newsagent said he saw Danny arguing with the 'postman' when he was out walking. I don't ever recall this being mentioned again, I'm just rewatching now but was this relevant?

Hi, Kinky - IIRC the postman was a bit of a red herring and we never heard more about him.

Yup just binge watched the whole series and it wasn't mentioned again

That's what I meant, it was a full on argument but never mentioned again. There was enough suspects and their stories without throwing a randomer in there
