Is Narcos any good?

Looking for something that both DH and I will enjoy and get hooked on. Just finished Peaky Blinders and loved it. Also LOVED Homeland and GOT. It's so difficult finding something that grips us both. We've watched the first 4/5 episodes of Stranger Things but DH not that keen and keeps falling asleep, and although I quite like it and I'm intrigued, it's not enough to watch it on my own.

DH really wants to watch Narcos but I'm not convinced it's my kind of thing. I like edge of your seat, suspense (not horror, although I don't mind violence) and a good love story too - preferably with some steamy sex scenes 😂

Is Narcos any good? Should I give it a go?

Yes it is excellent.

Leftovers though is also amazing if you have access to it.

Yes. It's very gd. If you both liked Peaky then I would say give it a whirl.

It’s excellent, and here’s also Chapo which I think is even better. But Narcos is definitely worth watching.

Yes it's more documentary in style and a slow burn but excellent drama.

I haven't watched it but DS says it's one of his favourite shows. He also likes Peaky Blinders.

I loved it. It's not one that you can watch whilst playing on phone because most of it is in Spanish with subtitles. Quite violent obviously. And i don't like violence but really loved Narcos regardless.

Had a bit of a weird crush on Pablo. Last random crush was Walter White so clearly have a thing for middle aged drug barons

Another vote to say yes its so good! one of those have we got time to watch another episode? ones! .However I loved and was gripped by stranger things but this is very different so you might enjoy.
