No the filming has been both in Hadfield the Royston high street where I live and Glossop centre about 3 miles away around the train station there.

Bra Shop - gone bust

Sam's soups - all stock reduced

Tyres - everything slashed.

Xmas Grin

Isle of Wight - racist!

BeyondAssignation · 19/12/2017 12:47

Checking in. Avoided the thread til I'd seen it so I didn't see spoilers. Cause that's what sensible people do

MyBeloved · 19/12/2017 12:50

What acronym do you use?

Grin
buckeejit · 19/12/2017 12:56

Velouria - no (unless I saw it long ago and have forgotten!) Will stream it tonight. Thank you!!!

MrWriter · 19/12/2017 12:59

Just watched it on catch up, absolutely brilliant!

crispbuttie · 19/12/2017 14:19

Perhaps papa lazarou will go after Tubbs?

crispbuttie · 19/12/2017 14:20

Isn't her son called David? Could cause some confusion!

Maudlinmaud · 19/12/2017 15:38

Tubs would flipping love that crispbuttie
Papa laz would meet his match. I'd love to see him frightened.

Gierg · 19/12/2017 15:58

I watched it! Loved it! Can't wait for the next two, sad there are only 3 episodes to be honest!

Poor old Pauline!!! :(

And they found class 2B! Haha!

Gierg · 19/12/2017 16:18

Rewatching number 1 and realised there's no laugh track like in the originals!

BeyondAssignation · 19/12/2017 16:51

Th Pauline bit made me so sad :(

BeyondAssignation · 19/12/2017 16:52

I think I remember that S1was the only one with a laughter track. Maybe even just the pilot. Might go and check, if I can be bothered Grin

Gierg · 19/12/2017 17:07

@BeyondAssignation yeah you might be right actually! Think It's could have just been s1! I watched so much season 1 when I was in Uni...

Unevenbeard · 19/12/2017 17:35

It was so good to see Herr Lipp, a bit disappointed that Pop didn't bring no kinder eggs with him for his grandchildren Grin

I saw episodes 1&2 at a screening on Friday. DH had to sit on me last night to stop me from giving him spoilers.

I'll just say that tonight's is epic.

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 19/12/2017 18:14

Thanks, Floellabumbags! I'm very, very much hoping for Papa Lazarou to reappear.

maddiemookins16mum · 19/12/2017 18:39

I'm still awaiting Papa Lazarou too.

VanillaMincePie · 19/12/2017 18:49

I think - I'm guessing here - that because the cast and writers are older and more experienced, the quality has got better - i.e. Mark Gatiss has written superb TV episodes during the interim.

Maudlinmaud · 19/12/2017 20:00

Have you all seen Mark Gatiss in the psycho bitches sketch as Joan Crawford. The man is a genius.
Flo how the hell did you manage to get tickets to a screening?Envy

Sillysausage123 · 19/12/2017 20:31

Am I the only one who is genuinely terrified of Papa Lazarou?

Kimlek · 19/12/2017 21:24

Just about to watch series one on skycatch up but there’s no 2 or 3 series. So will 4 make sense pls?

Unevenbeard · 19/12/2017 21:27

They were all on Netflix, not sure if they are now though

Kimlek · 19/12/2017 21:32

Watched first 5 mins of episode 1/series 1. Didn’t find it funny at all just silly. What a shame, I fancied a laugh tonight. I don’t find little Britain funny either. Wish I did.

Sillysausage123 · 19/12/2017 21:48

You have to watch at least one episode as there is a lot of reoccurring jokes. It's not for everyone but I would give it more than 5 mins
